Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Pink City Prints pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return period for all new arrivals. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Pink City Prints garment tags remain intact and the delivery note is included.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
